Commission Terms of Service:
*Please note all below information applies to both Standard and Drawn Plushie Commissions.

Characters you do not own nor have received permission to have drawn (this includes characters from shows, movies, and comics you do not own.) If you are getting a gift for a friend of THEIR character or YOURS and THEIRS, this does not apply.
Real People (Actors/actresses, friends, family, etc. If you have a original character that's only reference is a homemade cosplay, this does not apply)

Permissions:
None of my creative works have my permission to be used in anyway for the training, creation, nor distributing of AI learning models or content.
None of my creative works have my permission to be used or aide in anyway for the creation, distribution, or selling of NFTs or any digital form of currency.
Only clients who are 18 years or older may order NSFW or suggestive related art from me. Anyone below the age of 18 cannot order this. Refusal to verify in the applicable Google Form if you are at or over the age of 18 when ordering this art will result in a automatic commission denial.
Credit to the artist (Me) must be given when posting the commission to social media, setting it as your profile picture, or otherwise publicly displaying the commission and/or my creative work. Simply listing my username works.
Currently, I do not accept commercial requests outright and only accept personal requests. If you would like to negotiate a commercial commission, please message me with proof your company is legitimate.
Payment:
Clients will be expected to provide full payment after approval of the final sketch.
Payment will only be accepted over Paypal and will not be accepted thru any other digital transaction platform.
Digital currency such as NFTs, online coins, or any other such currency will not be accepted as payment.
Please provide your Paypal account information upon submitting your commission. Paypal invoices submitted by the client will not be accepted, I will reach out to you directly for payment AFTER the final sketch is approved by the client. (The only exception being tips. Tips are not expected but appreciated)
Payment will NOT be accepted prior to the final sketch approval.
Any commission request that does not provide their Paypal information will be automatically denied.
Any clients who withdraw their payment at any time after paying for the initial commission will automatically forfeit their commission. This means the final piece(s) will not be sent to your and/or the sketch or details about the commission can be reused for future projects. If the character itself was not designed by another artist and was designed as part of the commission, the client forfeits the design if they partake in this behavior. This also results in the former client being permanently placed on a blacklist which will prevent them from receiving commissions, services, and/or goods from me from that point on.
Ghosting or going no contact with the artist (Me) for a maximum of 1 month since prior communication can also result in the forfeit of your commission. This means if I send you a message regarding your commission (request for payment, ask for clarification, request for approval of revisions, etc) and you do not respond within 1 month, this can result in the forefeit of your commission. If unforeseen circumstances arise on your end, please keep me in the loop so we can adjust as needed.
I will not contact you through any means other than through my Discord or Email account. I will never reach out to you personally for a commission if you have not submitted a form and I will only reach out to via one account.
Refunds will ONLY be given if I, the artist, are unable to complete your commission due to exterior/unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: the destruction of equipment necessary for the completion of the commission, a prior or unforeseen commitment taking all allotted time necessary to complete the commission, a natural disaster/severe illness, or otherwise immediate emergency on my side preventing the artist from completing the commission.
The commission will not progress without your payment, approval, and/or revisions of any details of the commission, so please keep a close eye on your messages!
Service Details:
I reserve the right to refuse service at any time and refuse a commission for any reason.
Harassment and/or bullying will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will place the client on my blacklist and will not be able to receive commissions, services, and/or goods from me from that point on.
If your commission is denied, I will provide you with the reasoning as to why for your own records and understanding. The denial cannot be argued, but can be appealed if the reasons for denial are rectified and otherwise repaired.
Watermarks/signatures from the artist will not be removed for any reason.
The complexity of your character design and/or concept can increase the price of your commission.
I do not accept "rush jobs" but if you have a specific date you would like your commission done by, I will do my best to consider that during the commission process.
Commissioning Process:
After submission of your Commission form, your commission will be subject to approval or denial. I will message you with the result and/or any questions I have regarding your commission before starting.
After commission approval, your commission is added to a queue.

Turn around time once your commission is no longer waiting in queue and is actively being worked on runs from 1 week to 1 month depending on my current schedule and your responsiveness.
I will send you a sketch rendition of your commission along with any questions I have on the commission. You are able to approved the sketch outright or ask for revisions to the piece.
Clients can make revisions to the sketch/colored pieces up to 3 times before additional charges may apply.
After the final sketch is approved or the sketch is approved outright with no revisions, full payment will be requested to the Paypal account you listed in the commission form. The rest of your commission will only be worked on after payment is received. If you have any delays in getting the payment to me, please let me know!
If there are any delays on my end with your commission, I will communicate you directly regarding the situation for your understanding and records.
I will send you any updates possible regarding the progression of your commission along with requests to look over the current progress of your commission.
